The Quadra Island Emergency Program is a member of the Mid-Island Emergency Coordinators and Managers (MIECM), who has prepared a great general reference to help you and your family become better prepared to deal with potential emergencies or disasters. The Quadra Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Program (NEPP) has a goal to distribute a copy of this workbook to every Quadra Island household through a local NEPP representative.
